TCM Supplies NZ is an online retailer, all orders placed with TCM Supplies NZ are fulfilled and couriered by Courierpost directly to your home or clinic anywhere in New Zealand.

You can click the account button positioned in the upper right-hand corner of our website, from there you can fill in the required details to create an account. When you sign in next time you'll be able to see your order history.

All orders dispatched from TCM Supplies NZ are sent by Courierpost express delivery.

  • Small items — $7.50 nationwide ($12.00 for rural delivery)
  • Auckland (Orewa – Takanini) up to 10kg — $9.00
  • Waikato up to 5kg — $14.50
  • North Island (Cape Reinga – Wellington) up to 5kg — $16.00
  • South Island (small orders, up to 10 boxes of needles) — from $12.00
  • South Island up to 5kg — $16.50

All prices are based on the volumetric weight of the order. Orders over 10kg and oversized items are priced by weight, size and destination and calculated at checkout. Chemical and dangerous goods (such as isopropyl) are priced by volume, quantity and delivery location, with the exact cost shown at checkout. Longer delivery times apply — allow up to 4 days. Those in the North Island, you should expect to receive your order overnight but allow 1-2 working days.

Customers in the South Island, you should expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days. Every purchase receives an order fulfillment email and tracking number allowing you to track your delivery status.

We accept Visa, Master Card, and NZ Internet Banking. All payments are processed in NZD via New Zealand based secure payment processor Paystation. Our website is also protected the highest security standards for worry-free online shopping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a copy of your invoice. You will also receive a paper copy of your invoice with your order.

If you have signed up for an account with tcmsupplies.co.nz, you will be able to view your past order history within your dashboard for easy reordering.
