TCM Supplies NZ is an online retailer, we do not have a physical store that you can visit to purchase your acupuncture supplies.
You can click the account button positioned at the upper right-hand corner of our website, from there you can fill in the required details to create an account. When you sign in next time you'll be able to see your order history.
All parcels are track and trace with Courier post-NZ.

Those in the North Island, you should expect to receive your order overnight but allow 1-2 working days.
In the South Island, you should expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and NZ Internet Banking. All payments are processed in NZD via Payment Stripe. Our website is also protected the highest security standards for worry-free shopping.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with an invoice.
