Every order at TCM Supplies NZ promises fast shipping to your door, anywhere in New Zealand, during normal business days.
Courier pickups Monday - Friday. Excluding public holidays.

We use CourierPost for our deliveries. With courier pickups from TCM Supplies NZ twice a day, with the final pick up of the day at 2 pm. (Orders after 2 pm may not be dispatched till the next day).

Please include any specific delivery instructions and requests for "signature required" deliveries in your order notes at checkout.

Once your order has been picked up and scanned by the Courier driver, a Tracking Email will be sent to your email address, so you can monitor the delivery progress of your order all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

Small items are $7.50 nationwide ($12.00 for rural delivery).

Auckland delivery for up to 10kg volumetric weight is $9.00 (small parcels from $7.50).

Waikato delivery for up to 5kg volumetric weight is $14.50.

North Island delivery for up to 5kg volumetric weight is $16.00.

South Island small orders of up to 10 boxes of needles are from $12.00, and larger orders up to 5kg volumetric weight are $16.50.

Orders over 10kg volumetric weight and oversized items (such as lamps) are priced by weight, size and destination — the delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Rural Delivery: If your address is rural, a rural delivery surcharge is automatically added to your standard delivery fee — this covers rural ticketing and delivery. There's nothing for you to select; it's applied for you at checkout.

Chemical Courier prices vary depending on the quantity and the delivery location. Shipping times for chemicals and dangerous goods are longer due to the safety regulations required for these types of goods. Allow up to 4 days for delivery.

How fast is Delivery? 

While it is possible for many Auckland orders to be delivered the same day, you can anticipate delivery on the next business day.

North Island - Overnight - Next business day.
South Island and Rural - extra 1-2 business days

Courier Post or TCM Supplies NZ is not liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged, or lost after delivery. 

For our overseas customers, we ship to Australia and the Pacific Islands. For bulk orders, please contact us to arrange to ship your order, as costs may vary.
