Shipping Policy

TCM Supplies NZ Limited ships New Zealand-wide by courier only. We do not offer local pickup and do not have a retail or warehouse location open to the public.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed to our courier within [1] business day of payment being received (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within:
- 1-2 business days for metro and urban addresses
- 3-4 business days for rural addresses

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by courier network delays, weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Area
We currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.

Issues With Your Delivery
